BOOKING FEE
A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be credited towards your total.
PAYMENT
Your remaining balance will be due at the start of your appointment in CASH.
RESCHEDULING
– If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know 3 DAYS (72 HOURS) PRIOR to your appointment. Otherwise, you will lose the original booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book another appointment.
– You are allowed to reschedule only once. You may have to wait until our next availability. Please double check beforehand.
CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask if you are not going to make it to your appointment, please extend the courtesy of texting or emailing to let us know. You are not allowed to cancel for any reason. Should you decide to cancel, this will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
NO SHOW
If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, your booking fee will not be refunded. You will be banned from any future bookings.
LATE POLICY
Due to our tightly packed schedule, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a “no show” and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by our insurance and may be posted on our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc. for marketing/advertising purposes without monetary payment.
PMU IS TYPICALLY A 2-STEP PROCESS
Just like any tattoo, permanent make up is a multiple-step process: Initial + Perfecting Session, 6-12 weeks apart. Within a week of your initial session, the color will fade drastically in shade and size. While some clients’ skin may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch up, most clients are required to come back for a second session. On rare occasions, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look.
BOOKING YOUR PERFECTING SESSION
Your touch up session is a separate fee. Because results are unpredictable, it is recommended you book your 6-12 week touch up in advance when possible. This is not required but highly recommended. It is your responsibility to book your perfecting session. We cannot guarantee you availability. Anything booked beyond the 12-week timeframe will be done at a higher fee. No exceptions.
COLOR REFRESHERS
In order to keep your cosmetic tattoo results looking vibrant, a touch up within 12-24 months is recommended. The color will fade over time and need to be refreshed. Frequency of touch ups depend on factors such as: the style you’re getting, the color used (lighter colors fade faster), lifestyle, sun exposure, skin care products, use of harsh products or chemical peels, etc.
HEALED RESULTS
Results are NOT guaranteed and will vary with each individual client. A second or third session, at additional costs, may be needed to achieve desired results. Factors such as: age, diet, skin type, lifestyle, diet, skincare, post and aftercare, medication, tattoo removal/cover ups, etc. will affect the results. It is imperative to know that more than one session may be required.
NO EXCEPTIONS
No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross contamination and new Covid-19 guidelines. We want to give our clients a quiet, relaxing experience here at Fangtastic Studios.
NO REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued as the service has been completed.
RIGHTS
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking. (not in case of rescheduling). Fangtastic Studios have the right to refuse service to anyone.
IF YOU HAVE EXISTING BROW/LIP TATTOOS
– There will be an additional $150 fee. Cover ups/color corrections are possible in some cases. It can be a great solution and relief however not all previous work can be fixed or covered. Previous work can be very complicated, time consuming and results are NOT guaranteed.
– The average cosmetic tattoo cover up/correction usually require two or more sessions (6-12 weeks apart). Most corrections require clients’ patience and dedication. Due to the amount of time and work needed to repair bad permanent makeup tattoo, the cost and number of sessions cannot be pre-determined.
– If you book an appointment without approval or disclosing previous cosmetic tattoo work, you will lose your booking fee and your appointment will be cancelled. No exceptions.
– If you have any previous work done by another artist, you MUST get our approval before booking. Please email 3 clear photos of your full face and bare brows/lips, unfiltered, and in natural lighting for review to FangtasticBrows@gmail.com

DISQUALIFICATIONS LIST
Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for those who are/have any of the following, so please discuss with us before booking:
– Under 18 years of age, even with parental consent
– Pregnant or nursing
– Individuals who are allergic to pigments, make up, topical anesthetics
– Skin irritations, rashes, sunburn, moles, eczema or psoriasis near the eyebrow area
– Prone to keloid scarring
– Viral infections/diseases
– Hemophilia
– Epilepsy or seizures
– Diabetes
– Pacemaker or major heart complications
– Received Botox or fillers 90 days prior to the appointment date
– Undergoing chemotherapy
– Used Accutane within the last 12 months
